The Acacia Honey is harvested by the bees from the blossoms of the Acacia tree in Spring. As a rule of thumb, the Acacia flower blossoms every year in May and early June.

The apiaries are located in ecological regions near the Danube river and on the foothills of the Balkan Mountains. Once extracted from the honeycomb, the raw honey is coarsely filtered from the bee pollen and wax and then jarred.
