Amorpha Honey 280gr
£15.99

Our Amorpha fruticosa honey is multi-floral honey that derives from the nectar of this shrub, very similar to acacia as they come from the same family.
The red colour of its flowers characterizes the amorphous blooms immediately after the acacia, and the bees do not see red. Still, for their eyes, it is ultraviolet, hence the name of the plant Amorpha fruticosa or false indigo (it looks red, but it is not).
This honey is slightly orange when liquid and pink when solid.
The aroma is impressive, and the flavour is delicate, pleasant and reminiscent of jam.
Its healing properties are, above all, giving energy; after a hard day, it is also a good source of vitamins and minerals.
